We've always been fond of succulents in place or in addition to flowers...they add such beautiful texture and their greenish-purplish color is sweet too. In addition, they are literally "green" since they make wonderful favors that last a lot longer than flowers!

I love it! I might want to add these in the mix. I'm not quite sure how well they'll go with orchids though. I definitely want to use some veggies and do something different.
