And now the number {1} winter wedding detail...thanks again Kathryn for guest blogging and counting down your favorite winter details...they were all so lovely!
My honey will probably laugh at this, because I complain so much about the snow when I'm stuck in it, but it really is my most favorite thing for winter weddings. It's beautiful, it's romantic, and it is utterly unique to the season. You might decide to have your portraits taken in the snow, or maybe you'll use a snowflake motif on your stationery. For a country wedding, make your getaway in a horse-drawn sleigh (with blankets and a thermos of hot cocoa waiting for you under the seat). You can bring the snow indoors with snowflake shaped cookies or marshmallows, or clusters of snow globes as centerpieces.
