The weekend started off with a welcome reception Friday night where 200 DC vendors and bloggers were treated to a FABULOUS meet + greet party hosted by The Torpedo Factory. An amazing assortment of food + beverages were created by the one-and-only Design Cuisine. With the direction of Kent Smith, Seana Hale and Nick Watts of Design Cuisine they knocked it out of the park with uniquely themed stations like a "pop-up" station full of pop-tarts, pop rocks and other fun goodies, a prosecco bubbly bar and even dessert ideas just for grooms like Guinness ice-cream...amazing! The fabulous florals were by Holly Chapple Flowers, the band Nation preformed and photographers Carlos Andres Varela and Shane Carpenter from Elan Artists, lighting by John Farr Lighting, valet by Marc Parc, paper goods from Envelopments, photo booth by Smilebooth and planning by Ritzy Bee Events.
Leigh Ann, Julia & Annie from Hitched Salon
Guests + bloggers from Bridal Bar and Lollipop Events

We had our conference on Saturday and took a little lunch break enjoying this adorable lunch by Design Cuisine and packaged in a Smock Paper box. Something old, new, borrowed + blue was quite fitting for the crowd!

We were lucky to be treated to brunch at Williams-Sonoma at the Maza Gallerie in DC.
They have an amazing wedding registry program for couples that include personal assistance from their employees who walk you thru the process and even manage a list so you can track who to send thank you notes to! We were treated to all kinds of demos and even watching our frittatas made from their in store chef, Patty.
Looks like the conference was a success!!!
